The ETC Spring throws camp is ideal for preparing for the critical competition period of the season.
The camp is centered around athletes competing at our own Level 2 throws competition on the Monday. Athletes will spend two days working on technical tweaks, psychology of competing, nutritional preparation for competition and also physiological preparation. Athletes will then compete at our own level 2 competition with support from the ETC coach team and also psychologists and other support staff to try to put into action some of the learnings from the camp.
Coaches on the camp will be condustion a dedicated day of workshops with Mark Hoile of Ginger Talent to help develop coaching skills. Coaches will be acting as team coaches at our own level 2 competition and will be given the opportunity to support a number of athletes at the event in order to hone some of the skills learnt during the previous days.
